UC Merced - Summer Bridge First Year ProgramThe UC Merced Summer Bridge First-Year Program provides invaluable academic, co-curricular and cohort-building opportunities to strengthen the skills necessary for success at UC Merced.

Program participants will live and learn on campus, enrolling in summer courses and participating in program activities from June 18 through Aug. 11, 2017. This opportunity is limited to 120 first-year students, who will have the opportunity to complete nine units (three courses) of college coursework while living on campus. Each participant’s tuition, room, meals and course materials are will be fully covered through a combination of financial aid and the institution.

  • Gear up for success! Understand the requirements and expectations of being a student at a research institution — and the resources available to support your success.
