Complete these next steps to confirm your place in our 2020 Summer Bridge Program.
Step 1: Submit Your Acceptance Packet
Review important details about the Summer Bridge Program and acknowledge your intent to participate. Be sure to complete the Preferred Course Selection Survey after you submit your Summer Bridge Acceptance Packet. We'll use this information to help us determine your third course for the Summer Bridge Program.
Step 2: Submit your 2019-2020 FAFSA or California Dream Act Application to UC Merced ASAP!
Complete a 2019-20 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) or California Dream Act Application (CADAA) and confirm that the UC Merced school code (041271) is listed. Please note: If you submitted a FAFSA or CADAA for the 2020-21 academic year, you still must submit one for 2019-20.
- If you have already completed a financial application, log in to the my.ucmerced.edu student portal and check your personal checklist. Documents requested by the Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships must be submitted by the date indicated.
- Check the email you used when you applied often and respond to emails immediately.
Note: Funding for program participation will not impact a student’s aid package for the 2020-2021 academic year. For questions, please email finaid@ucmerced.edu.
